Keyword Research Services – Can They Save You Time And Money?
Are you like me and struggle with keyword research? I can find lots of them. I have a problem finding good ones.
I always believed that Google’s keyword tool gave highly accurate results. I mean, they wouldn’t be telling fibs about their data, would they? Well, that’s not always the case.
The data returned isn’t accurate. It would have been correct at some point though. I accidentally discovered the answer to that puzzle.
I homed in on a key phrase with roughly 5000 competing websites. I was feeling confident enough to rank well with this one. I started banging articles out left right and centre. Hundreds in fact.
Soon after I noticed Google telling me there was about 9000 competing pages now. I could hardly believe that. Had there been some mistake? Turned out though that an awful lot of the extra competing pages had my articles on them!
If I had saw 9000 competing sites I would have passed this keyword by. As a lot of them were mine (or had my article on) I was competing against my self most of the time. A nice situation to be in!
I got lucky on that keyword but I suspected I may not get lucky again so I made the decision to try out a keyword research service. I liked the idea of good keywords being delivered to me every day. I calculated the cost of these services and concluded that they were value for money.
I chose to give Travis Sago’s Instacash keyword research service a go. Travis being numero uno in the bum marketing world. Bum marketing is something I really like.
It takes me an hour or two to come up with a couple of decent keywords. Getting them delivered is a huge help. And a couple hours work is pretty valuable to me. If I contrast a couple hours of my time against the cost each day it has to be value.
Outsourcing, outsourcing, outsourcing. Seems to be all you hear from the gurus of internet marketing. I reckon there’s not much difference here. Outsourcing my keyword research to someone else.
