Low budget marketing strategies, such as article and video marketing, can be effective with CPA just as they are with other products.  Traditional SEO for a mini-site for a dedicated CPA offer is probably not the way to go, however.  If you’re going to do a mini-site and do SEO work for it, it would be advisable to do it generically for a market rather than an individual CPA offer, that way you can change it around if need be.
